Appliance repair from a company, not a landing page.
Search “appliance repair Victorville” and a surprising number of the results are templated city pages — the same copy with a different town name dropped into the title. On The Way Appliance is a service line of On The Way Solutions — a registered California company based in Victorville, reachable on one number.
How to tell a real appliance company from a web page
Appliance repair has a low barrier to entry, and the High Desert search results show it. There are genuinely good independents working this market, and there is also a layer of near-identical sites with the same copy, the same theme and a different city name dropped into each title. Three things are worth checking before you let anyone into your kitchen.
Is it a company?
On The Way Solutions is a registered California limited liability company, formed in November 2024, with a filing on record with the Secretary of State (entity 202358314609) and a surety bond in place. That is checkable before you book.
Is it actually local?
We are based in Victorville and work the surrounding towns — Apple Valley, Hesperia, Adelanto, Oak Hills, Phelan and Barstow. Not a national dispatch desk routing your call to whoever picked it up.
Will the same number reach them again?
One phone number covers every job and every service line this company runs. If something needs a second look, you are calling the same place, not a lead broker who already sold the ticket on.

Why there is no license number on this page
Plenty of appliance repair advertising in this market says “licensed and insured” without naming a license. Here is the honest version: in California, residential appliance repair is exempt from Contractors State License Board licensing. There is no contractor license to hold for this work, so anyone implying one covers their appliance repair is telling you something that does not exist.
What we can put forward instead is the company itself. On The Way Appliance is one service line of On The Way Solutions, a Victorville company formed in November 2024, registered with the California Secretary of State and bonded through Western Surety. The company does hold a state contractor license for other trades it works in — that license does not cover appliance repair, which is exactly why we are not printing it on this page.
On the bench, we use good parts and the right tools, we explain what we found, and we quote clearly with no hidden fees. For the brand of appliance in your kitchen, call and ask — we would rather tell you on the phone than list a brand we should not.

Appliance repair across the High Desert
We are based in Victorville and work the High Desert from the Cajon Pass out to Barstow. Hard water and fine dust do most of the damage to appliances out here, and they show up a little differently in each town.
Victorville
Home base, so it is the shortest drive. Hard water scales dishwashers, ice makers and washer inlet valves, and that is a large share of what we see.
Apple Valley
Fine dust works its way into dryer vents and refrigerator condenser coils. A clogged coil makes a fridge run warm in summer, so a cleaning is often part of the fix.
Hesperia
Plenty of homes still running their original-era appliances. We will tell you plainly when a repair is worth the money and when it is not.
Adelanto
Newer homes and newer appliances, so the calls lean toward electronic control boards, sensors and ice makers rather than worn-out mechanical parts.
Oak Hills, Phelan and Piñon Hills
Bigger properties and longer drives. Give us the model number when you call so we can check the part before we head up the hill.
Barstow
Covered from Victorville. Garage refrigerators and freezers working through 105°F summers are a common call.
Also serving Spring Valley Lake, Helendale and Silver Lakes, Lucerne Valley and El Mirage.
Tell us what it is doing
Call with the appliance, the brand, and what it is doing or not doing. Estimates are free and come with no obligation.
